Refund and Exchange policy

As all of our products are handmade to order, we are unable to offer refunds at this time. All sales are considered final.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order such as receiving the wrong item or a product with a defect. we will gladly arrange an exchange.
• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in color, texture, and size may occur. We do our best to display colors as accurately as possible, but they may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
